GDV-Position on the Prevention of Containers Lost at Sea (CLAS)
Container losses at sea pose serious risks to safety, the environment and global supply chains. The GDV calls for harmonized international standards, transparent stability assessments and binding minimum requirements for dynamic risk evaluation to sustainably reduce container losses.
